The WTO offers on this page a number of interactive training modules on WTO subjects. Each module is built on course material developed by WTO experts and includes a number of interactive tests to assess the user’s progress.

کارگروه آموزش الکترونیکی با هدف گردهم آوردن مجامع علمی- تحقیقاتی بخش دولتی و خصوصی فعال در این حوزه و سامان‌دهی و فراهم نمودن فضای هم‌اندیشی برای شناخت رویکردهای مختلف استفاده از ICT در آموزش و مهارت منابع انسانی تشکیل می‌شود.
یکی از راهبردهای کلیدی طرح تسما، توسعه‌ی منابع انسانی در بخش‌ها و سطوح گوناگون در میان مخاطبان مختلف اعم از دانش‌آموزان، دانشجویان، متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و نیز شاغلان در سازمان‌ها و نهادهای دولتی بوده است.
با این رویکرد در طول سال‌های اخیر، طی تنظیم موافقتنامه‌های فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی کشور، قریب به یک چهارم از اعتبارات موجود در تبصره‌ی 13 قانون بودجه‌ی کل کشور به امر تقویت و توسعه‌ی مهارت‌ها و سواد دیجیتالی منابع انسانی در وزارت‌خانه‌های آموزش و پرورش، علوم، بهداشت، کار و امور اجتماعی و ... تخصیص یافته است.
شورای عالی اطلاع‌رسانی، به عنوان نهادی سیاست‌گذار در برخی حوزه‌های مربوط به ICT کشور، با معرفی طرح تسما سبب‌ساز تمرکز بخشیدن به حرکت‌های ناهماهنگ در برخی حوزه‌ها از جمله آموزش الکترونیکی و در قالب کارگروهی خواهد بود.
از جمله وظایف این کارگروه می‌توان به تبیین و تدوین استراتژی‌های آموزش الکترونیکی، شناسایی و تعریف برنامه‌های پژوهشی و پروژه‌های کاربردی، تعیین استانداردها و شاخص‌های آموزش الکترونیکی، شناسایی و معرفی مدل‌های آموزشی مهارتی موفق، نظارت فنی بر حسن انجام کار طرح‌های ICT دستگاه‌های اجرایی در امر آموزشی کشور و نشر و ترویج نتایج طرح‌ها و پروژه‌های موفق در سطح ملی اشاره کرد.
براساس اعلام، شورای عالی اطلاع‌رسانی، با توجه به اقدامات و فعالیت‌های صورت گرفته در این زمینه توسط بخش دولتی و خصوصی و به منظور جلوگیری از موازی‌کاری و همچنین افزایش بار علمی این کارگروه، از کلیه‌ی اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی که دارای سابقة فعالیت در این حوزه هستند، دعوت به عمل آورده تا پایان آبان‌ماه مشخصات کاری و پیشنهادات خود را در زمینه تشکیل این کارگروه به همراه ذکر مشخصات کامل و شماره تماس مستقیم به معاونت فنی این شورا و یا به پست الکترونیکی info@scist.ir و به شماره دورنگار 88839897 ارسال کنند.

The European Commission has been very active in supporting and complementing the efforts of EU Member States in this field. Through the eLearning Initiative and Action Plan, it has gained considerable experience in encouraging co-operation, networking and exchange of good practice at a European level.
The eLearning programme is a further step towards realising the vision of technology serving lifelong learning. It focuses on a set of actions in high priority areas, chosen for their strategic relevance to the modernisation of

This will encourage the acquisition of new skills and knowledge that we all need for personal and professional development and for active participation in an information-driven society. It will also address ICT’s contribution to learning, especially for those who, due to their geographical location, socio-economic situation or special needs, do not have easy access to traditional education and training.
The priority here is to add a virtual dimension to European co-operation in higher education by encouraging the development of new organisational models for European universities (virtual campuses) and for European exchange and sharing schemes (virtual mobility). This action line will build on existing co-operation frameworks such as the Erasmus programme, giving them an e-learning component.
The objective here is to strengthen and develop networking among schools. All young Europeans, during their time at secondary school, should have the opportunity to participate, together with their teachers, in an educational project with their counterparts in other European countries. This experience could prove to be decisive in fostering a European dimension in education and awareness among young people of the European model of a multilingual and multicultural society. Internet-based learning communities will contribute to improving intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding.

Particular emphasis will be placed on disseminating the results of e-learning projects and other relevant information, on the support to European networks, specific surveys, studies and events and on co-operation with existing international projects such as those of the OECD and UNESCO.
